Your personal data is processed by our Company for the purposes of conducting commercial activities, improving the services offered by our Company, maximizing listener/customer satisfaction, providing information about campaigns, promotions, raffles, product/company advertisements, providing listeners/customers with products won as a result of raffles and promotions, determining listener/customer trends, establishing and maintaining commercial relationships between our Company and other individuals/companies/institutions, using this data as evidence in future disputes, ensuring the legal and commercial security of relevant individuals with whom our Company has a business relationship, evaluating job applications of those applying to our Company, and carrying out onboarding procedures.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
